2007 OUTDOOR SEASON: Ran a season-best 59.20 in the 400m at the Fred Hardy Invitational ... won Carnegie Mellon Tri-Meet in the 800m with a season-best 2:27.15 ... part of the 4x400m team that crossed with a season-best 3:53.93 at the Bucknell Outdoor Heptagonal ... placed sixth at the Penn Relays in the 4x400m ... was second for DU at the 2007 Atlantic 10 Outdoor Championship in the 400m crossing in 59.55.

2006-07 INDOOR SEASON: Finished second at the West Virginia Holiday Invitational with a time of 59.63 and fifth at the Doug Raymond Invitational crossing in 58.80 in the 400m ... ninth in the 500m with personal-best 1:17.78 and was on the school record setting 4x400m team that crossed in 3:54.84 at the Penn State National Invitational... was part of the fifth place 4x400m relay team that finished in 3:58.26 at the 2007 Atlantic 10 Indoor Championship.

2005-06: DU's top performer in the indoor 500m including a personal-best time of 1:19.84 ... member of the school record-setting 4x400m team at Penn Relays ... at the West Virginia Holiday Invitational finished third in the 400m and was part of the first place 4x400m team ... was on first place 4x200m and 4x400m teams at Robert Morris Holiday Classic ... 4x400m team finished first at VCU Invitational ... was part of the second place 4x400m team at the Western Pa.
